if I were a cow

sometimes I wonder how I would feel as a cow
grass. just green grass I `d need
and a dry place.

the flies would keep me busy
but never really bother me
I`d raise my tail to shit
but mostly I would eat
and after that I`d ruminate
until I`d go to sleep.
I`d stand and see the birds pass by
I`d stand and hear them sing or cry
would have no wish to fly
